Egg, Cheese & Veggie Cakes (gluten free)

These are great for children (or adults) to serve either as a snack or as part of a main meal.

They’re packed with goodness (source of protein, vitamin D, vitamin b12 and calcium) and super easy to make:


- 12 eggs

- 100g grated cheese

- 150g frozen vegetables


✔️After beating the eggs, add the cheese and the frozen vegetables (add straight from frozen) and mix well.

✔️Add the mixture to the silicon muffin cases (love these as you don’t need to grease them).

✔️Oven bake at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes until golden.
